ITINERARY of 10 days private trip from Casablanca.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO CASABLANCA-RABAT

Greetings and welcome to Morocco! Your journey will begin by arriving
at the Med V airport in Casablanca, where your driver will be waiting
to greet you. Your driver will give you a brief overview of the tour
before taking you on a tour of the city of Casablanca. Your
exploration of the city will begin with a visit to the Hassan II
Mosque, which was built by King Hassan II and is an excellent example
of the Moorish influences in Morocco. You will also have the
opportunity to take a leisurely stroll along the beautiful seaside of
Casablanca. As the economic capital and the largest city in Morocco,
Casablanca is known for its modern architecture, distinct French art
deco influences, and white buildings.
During your tour, you will also visit the main square of Med V and the
Cathedral of Sacred Coeur, which is a unique blend of Moroccan and
European architectural styles. After exploring Casablanca, we will
drive towards the main capital city of Rabat, where you will check in
and spend the night at a Riad.

DAY 2:RABAT-CHEFCHAOUEN

After having breakfast at the Riad, we will proceed to Rabat
historical monuments . During our visit, we will see the unfinished
mosque tower of Hassan, which dates back to the 12th century.
Additionally, we will visit the mausoleum of Mohamed V, built by King
Hassan II in honor of his father and dedicated to him as the father of
independence. Our tour will also take us to the 12th century Kasbah of
Oudaya, a beautiful area with white and blue buildings that provides a
stunning view over the Atlantic beach and Bouragrag River.
Subsequently, we will drive towards the charming town of Chefchaouen,
which is nestled in the Rif Mountains and famous for its blue-washed
buildings. A walking tour of the medina will provide a chance to see
the brilliant blue streets, doors, and buildings. The city has a
unique charm that can be felt in the main square and the cobblestone
medina.
While sitting on a terrace at a cafe, you can enjoy the view of the
grand mosque with its octagonal minaret inspired by the Torre de Oro
in Seville. The Andalusian architecture can also be observed in the
Kasbah and its gardens at the center of the medina, which is
surrounded by walls and 11 crenelated towers, one of which used to be
a dungeon and now houses an interesting ethnographic museum. The souks
are decorated with colorful items, and the traditionally dressed
inhabitants wear straw hats. You will spend the night at a Riad.

● RIAD DAR ECHCHAOUEN

DAY 3: CHEFCHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS-MEKNES-FEZ

Today after breakfast at the Riad, our journey takes us from
Chefchaouen to Meknes, where we will enjoy a guided tour of the city.
Our tour begins in front of the impressive Bab Mansour, an ornamental
gate to the imperial city of Meknes that was built by Sultan Moulay
Ismail in the 18th century. We will then visit the small yet
remarkable Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail and pass by the entrance of the
Meknes Royal Palace before ending up at Moulay Ismail’s Heri es
Souani, which was his personal stable and granary for his 12,000
horses.
After lunch, we will travel through the rolling hills to visit the
impressive Roman ruins of Volubilis, which is a UNESCO World Heritage
Site and the best-preserved Roman ruins in this part of Northern
Africa.
Our certified local guide will provide insights into life in the Roman
Empire as we explore old bathhouses, marvel at the still-present
mosaic floors, and gaze up at the towering marble pillars.
We will then continue our journey to Fez and spend the night in a Riad.

DAY 4: FEZ SIGHTSEEING TOUR

After having breakfast, you will be accompanied by your own personal
tour guide to embark on a guided city tour of Fes, the first imperial
city of Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage Site that dates back to
the 9th century and is known for being home to the world’s oldest
university. Our first stop of the morning will be at the entrance of
the largest royal palace in Morocco, followed by a scenic drive to the
southern tower of Fes that offers a panoramic view of the entire
medina.
You will then visit a pottery co-operative where Moroccan mosaic and
tiles are crafted, and proceed to the tanneries to observe the local
artisans working with the skins of various animals such as camels,
cows, and goats. Throughout the day, you will also have the
opportunity to explore other cultural landmarks and historical sites
such as a Koranic school, the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss
mausoleum, and the Karaouine Mosque University. Lunch will be enjoyed
at a traditional restaurant in Medina before continuing to explore the
narrow alleys of the medina, where you can purchase a range of
products from local merchants and craftsmen such as dates, spices,
fish, copper urns, and musical instruments. Spend the night with
breakfast at your the RIAD Tahra & spa Fes or Riad Sara ( you can
choose ).

DAY 5: FEZ-IFRANE- CEDAR FOREST – ZIZ VALLEY MERZOUGA DESERT

Your journey through the Middle Atlas will start with a visit to the
delightful ski area of Ifrane, also known as “the little Switzerland
of Morocco”. Then, you will travel through the scented cedar forests
where you can observe the chatty Barbary apes and explore the
traditional Berber villages. The area is the largest in Morocco,
offering you a chance to see the monkeys in the wild and even feed
them while taking some memorable pictures. You can stop for lunch in
the stunning location of Midelt, which sits between the Middle and
High Atlas mountains and provides breathtaking views of the eastern
High Atlas. This journey offers a diversity of impressions as you move
from north to south, through the scenic mountains where nomad
shepherds live and move with their herds of goats and sheep across the
terrain. You will also be able to admire the legendary Ziz valley,
which runs along a deep canyon all the way down to Merzouga where you
can relax before your desert adventure on the back of a camel. As you
ride over the sands and witness the magnificent Erg Chebbi sand dunes
turning a wonderful red hue during sunset, you can listen to the
intoxicating beat of Berber drum music.
Afterward, you can enjoy a Moroccan home-cooked feast before sleeping
in a private tent with private bathrooms and hot showers.

Day 6: MERZOUGA-ERFOUD-TODRA GORGES DADES GORGES- OUARZAZATE

Your morning will begin early with a beautiful sunrise, followed by
breakfast. Afterward, you will have some free time at the camp before
embarking on a camel ride back to Merzouga town, where you will meet
your driver and travel to Ziz Oasis to observe the ancient irrigation
system. From there, the tour will proceed to the stunning Todra
gorges, where you can walk among the cliffs and river in the
picturesque valley filled with date palms. The Gorge, which is mainly
used for rock climbing and picnics, will conclude the visit. This
remarkable setting in the Todra Valley is off the beaten track, and it
features impressive landscapes of canyons and verdant gorges. The
valley lies approximately
50 kilometers away from the Dades gorges and is located between the
High Atlas to the north and the Jebel Sahro to the south. The valley
has preserved many of its ksours and Kasbahs, which line the oued and
stretch above the tops of the palm trees and date trees, where herds
of sheep and goats live, the valley’s only wealth.
The tour will then proceed towards Boutaghra from Dades gorges to
explore the lifestyle of genuine Moroccan nomads living in caves.
After that, you will visit the Rose Valley, which is the only place in
Morocco where Damascus roses are grown. Rose water and oil are
extracted from these roses for use in the preparation of beauty
treatments. You will make a stop at the rose city of Kalaa Mgouna to
visit the rosewater cooperative, which will leave your linen smelling
lovely long after your trip ends. Finally, you will continue your
journey to Ouarzazate via Skoura, with the option to visit Kasbah
Ameridil. Ouarzazate is known as “the Hollywood of Africa ” due to
its geography and stunning landscapes, which have attracted many
renowned movie producers.

DAY 7: DADES GORGES – OUARZAZATE-AIT BENHADOU – MARRAKECH

Following breakfast, our potential destination is the studios where
notable films like The Mummy and Gladiator were produced. Afterwards,
we will journey to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
that has been featured in numerous international movies. Our next
destination is the high Atlas Mountains, where we will cross through
picturesque Berber villages and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views
before reaching Marrakech around 6 p.m. For the evening, we will stay
in a Riad.
Breakfast is included as part of the tour package.

DAY 8: MARRAKECH SIGHTSEEING TOUR

After breakfast, a local tour guide will accompany you to explore the
beautiful city of Marrakech. You will have the opportunity to visit
the most significant historical landmarks, including the stunning
Bahia Palace from the 19th century, the Saadian Tombs that served as
the Royal necropolis in the 17th century, the Ben Youssef Koranic
School, and the Koutoubia Mosque that was constructed in the 12th
century. Additionally, you will have the chance to browse and shop in
the famous Souks, a bustling marketplace where you can find unique
gifts for yourself or loved ones. Take a break and unwind in the
tranquil Majorelle Gardens, which showcase exotic botanical plants
from around the world. Your tour concludes in the main square of
Djemaa Lefna, where you can witness various street performers,
including storytellers, snake charmers, musicians, and acrobats. You
will also have ample free time to indulge in a soft drink from one of
the cafes while enjoying panoramic views of the square. Spend the
night at the Riad and enjoy a complimentary breakfast.

DAY 9: MARRAKECH AT LEISURE-CASABLANCA

Today you will be free all morning to walk around Marrakech Medina as
it is an ideal destination that caters to a variety of interests and
preferences. The city boasts stunning gardens, contemporary
entertainment complexes, and large shopping centers.. At 14:00 pm ,
we will depart for the economic capital Casablanca and check-in to the
hotel. Spend the night at the hotel with breakfast included.

Transfer to Casablanca international airport for your return flight 3
hours before your flight.
